Not Shovel Ready? Just Shoveling It Hip Deep!

Funny? You think it's funny to acknowledge what the much maligned public told you would happen with your half-baked stimulus packages? We said, "NO! Let the markets correct the recession."

We said it over and over again but you said you knew better than we did. You said your high level advisors--the likes of Warren Buffett and Bernanke know more than we do and you went forward and spent OUR MONEY.

You were--and still are--condescending about the voting public--citizens of the country that you pledged you would represent.

We are not happy to see a video of you making a joke of how your programs go awry. Cash for clunkers? BAH! You destroyed a whole lot of perfectly fine cars and trucks. Shovel ready projects? BAH HAH! Here we go again. We know how government works. Nothing is shovel ready just waiting for the cash to come from on high.

And wipe that grin off your face, please. Promising that we can trust your judgment and then making a joke out of the failure we told you would come from your off-handed spending of OUR money isn't funny to us.

Is this the way you will handle the rest of your failures we predicted? All the wasted trillions, plus your misguided healthcare? Your arrogance leads me to believe that's what we have to expect.

Time for you to recognize there are people out there, some you do not want to harm, and some you do, that have been left holding the bag and paying the price for these and all the other experiments you "promised" would work. You're not in college anymore, son. We need a grown up in the White House. This is the big time.

The Lesser of Two Evils...

Sarah Palin's Email About Her Unborn Son

Not exactly what the "volunteers" and news reporters were looking for. Also found are lots of emails showing a capable and busy Governor and not the ridiculous caricature they media has tried "desperately to morph" her into. Read on.

‘A Down’s Syndrome Baby Will Expand Your World’: Sarah Palin’s Poignant Email About Her Unborn Son Revealed in Email Investigation | The Blaze 6/13/11 8:24 AM

‘A DOWN’S SYNDROME BABY WILL EXPAND YOUR WORLD’: SARAH PALIN’S POIGNANT, MOVING EMAIL ABOUT HER UNBORN SON REVEALED IN EMAIL INVESTIGATION
Posted on June 13, 2011 at 2:01am by Naked Emperor News

The Main Stream Media supposed dirt digging is backfiring as reporters pour over the 24,000 pages of emails released by the state of Alaska. Sarah Palin is emerging as a capable politician, a well rounded and thoughtful person, and deeply caring mother, not the ridiculous caricature the media has tried desperately to morph her into:

Sarah Palin imagined God talking to her in a deeply touching email she wrote two weeks before her fifth child, Trig, was born with Down’s Syndrome, it was revealed today. | The Blaze 6/13/11 8:24 AM

The poignant message to family and friends, included in 25,000 pages of her private emails made public on Friday, may alter the way the former Governor of Alaska is viewed by the American public.

In April 2008, two weeks before Trig was born with Down’s Syndrome, Mrs Palin sent the email to her friends and family from her official government account.

In the touching message, Mrs Palin writes from the voice of God, as ‘Trig’s creator, your heavenly father’.

She addresses the ‘unreal, sad and confusing’ news that her soon-to-be born child will have Down’s Syndrome.

The letter’s existence had previously known, but only very brief excerpts had been made public.

SARAH PALIN’S COMPLETE LETTER TO HER FAMILY ABOUT TRIG

To the Sisters, Brother, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends of Trig Paxson Van Palin (or whatever you end up naming him!):

I am blessing you with this surprise baby because I only want the best for you. I’ve heard your prayers that this baby will be happy and healthy, and I’ve answered them because Ionly want the best for you!

I heard your heart when you hinted that another boy would fit best in the Palin family, to round it out and complete that starting five line-up. Though another girl would be so nice, you didn’t think you could ask for what you REALLY wanted, but I knew, so I gave you a boy because I only want the best for you!

Then, I put the idea in your hearts that his name should be “Trig”, because it’s so fitting, with two Norse meanings: “True” and “Brave Victory”. You also have a Bristol Bay relative with that name, so I knew it would be best for you!

Then, I let Trig’s mom have an exceptionally comfortable pregnancy so she could enjoy every minute of it, and I even seemed to rush it along so she could wait until near the end to surprise you with the news – that way Piper wouldn’t have so long to wait and count down so many days – just like Christmastime when you have to wait, impatiently, for that special day to finally open your gift? (Or the way the Palins look forward to birthday celebrations that go on for three, four days... you all really like cake.) I know you, I knew you’d be better off with just a short time to wait!

Then, finally, I let Trig’s mom and dad find out before he was born that this little boy will truly be a GIFT. They were told in early tests that Trig may provide more challenges, and more joy, than what they ever may have imagined or ever asked for. At first the news seemed unreal and sad and confusing . But I gave Trig’ s mom and dad lots of time to think about it because they needed lots of time to understand that everything will be OK, in fact, everything will be great, because I only want the best for you!

I‘ve given Trig’s mom and dad peace and joy as they wait to meet their new son. I gave them a happy anticipation because they asked me for that. I‘ll give all of you the same happy anticipation and strength to deal with Trig’s challenges, but I won’t impose on you...

I just need to know you want to receive my offer to be with all of you and help you everyday to make Trig’s life a great one.

This new person in your life can help everyone put things in perspective and bind us together and get everyone focused on what really matters. The baby will expand your world and let you see and feel things you haven’t experienced yet. He’ll show you what “true, brave victory“ really means as those who love him will think less about self and focus less on what the world tells you is ”normal“ or ”perfect”.

You will grow and be blessed with greater understanding that will be born along with Trig.

Trig will be his dad‘s little buddy and he’ll wear Carhartts while he learns to tinker in the garage. He’ll love to be read to, he’ll want to play goalie, and he‘ll steal his mom’s heart just like Track, Bristol, Willow and Piper did. And Trig will be the cuddly, innocent, mischievous, dependent little brother that his siblings have been waiting for in fact Trig will – in some diagnostic ways – always be a mischievous, dependent little brother, because I created him a bit different than a lot of babies born into this world today.

Every child is created special, with awesome purpose and amazing potential. Children are the most precious and promising ingredient in this mixed up world you live in down there on earth. Trig is no different, except he has one extra chromosome. Doctors call it “Down’s Syndrome”, and Downs kids have challenges, but can bring you much delight and more love than you can ever imagine! Just wait and see, let me prove this, because I only want the best for you!

Some of the rest of the world may not want him, but take comfort in that because the world will not compete for him. Take care of him and he will always be yours!

Trig‘s mom and dad don’t want people to focus on the baby’s extra chromosome. They’re human, so they haven’t known how to explain this to people who are so caring and are interested in this new little Alaskan. Sarah and Todd want people to share in the joy of this gift I’m giving to the Palin family, and the greater Alaska family. Many people won’t understand... and I understand that. Some will think Trig should not be allowed to be born because they fear a Downs child won’t be considered “perfect” in your world. (But tell me, what do you earthlings consider “perfect” or even “normal” anyway? Have you peeked down any grocery store isle, or school hallway, or into your office lunchroom lately? Or considered the odd celebrities you celebrate as “perfect” on t.v.? Have you noticed I make `em all shapes and sizes? Believe me ,, there is no “perfect”!)

Many people will express sympathy, but you don’t want or need that, because Trig will be a joy. You will have to trust me on this.

I know it will take time to grasp this and come to accept that I only want the best for you, and I only give my best. Remember though: “My ways are not your ways, my thoughts are not your thoughts... for as the heavens are higher than the earth, my ways are higher than yours!”

I wrote that all down for you in the Good Book ! Look it up! You claim that you believe me – now it’s time to live out that belief!
Please look to me as this new challenge and chapter of life unfolds in front of you. I promise to equip you. I won‘t give you anything you can’t handle. I am answering your prayers. Trig can’t wait to meet you. I’m giving you ONLY THE BEST!

Love, Trig’s Creator , Your Heavenly Father

Weiner Has To Go...

I made up my first joke ever overnight. I hope it wasn't on TV, which was turned on while I was sleeping, because if it was on TV, I should have gotten through school with those overnight passive-learning recordings that we pooh poohed. Well here it is.

Nancy Pelosi: " Weiner has got to go! He is too much of a hot dog."

Okay, maybe I am still stuck in sixth grade. But I crack myself up. he he and LOL!

Copycats of Failed System

So many wonderful quotes written in history apply today. Goes to show that everything old is new again. And to those in the current crop of tyrannicals: It's already been done. You are not new. You are copycats of a failed past system.

Source of quote: Facebook by ReFounders. Find them at http://www.facebook.com/Refounders Photo: Bing Images

(Of Tyranny) "As usurpation is the exercise of power which another hath a right to, so tyranny is the exercise of power beyond right, which nobody can have a right to; and this is making use of the power any one has in his hands, not for the good of those who are under it, but for his own private, separate advantage. When the governor, however entitled, makes not the law, but his will, the rule, and his commands and actions are not directed to the preservation of the properties of his people, but the satisfaction of his own ambition, revenge, covetousness, or any other irregular passion."

Freedom had been hunted round the globe...

"Freedom had been hunted round the globe; reason was considered as rebellion; and the slavery of fear had made men afraid to think. But such is the irresistible nature of truth, that all it asks, and all it wants, is the liberty of appearing." ~Excerpted from Rights of Man, Thomas Paine, 1791

I love this. That the irresistible nature of truth only wants the liberty of appearing. The not covering up truth, but giving it the liberty to appear free of the fear of it. Because the hiding of the truth keeps one from being able to reason. We always need to know the facts before we can move forward.

That's exactly what the progressives--this administration--is fighting against: letting the facts out of hiding, letting truth be judged for what it is, by those affected by the very same truth.. Everything it does is in secret, behind closed doors, or obfuscated in its methodology, ie., executive orders, and its personal mission to implement what IT thinks is good for us all--without, of course, sullying it with facts, truth, data, or public's wishes. That's the beauty of our founding documents. No one branch, if held to the country's tenets, can run off on its own agenda. It's only slightly comforting to know how long civilization has been struggling with this and to know that eventually truth will out.

About The Rights Of Man: "....In England The Rights of Man encountered a response like no other in English publishing history. The poor pooled their pennies, supplementing it with meager savings to buy the book. The Rights of Man became an underground manifesto, passed from hand to hand, even when it became a crime to be found with it in one's possession.

The book became a bible to thousands of citizens who dreamed of a free England. Time after time, when men were tried for treason, invariably the Crown offered as evidence to the jury the fact that these men possessed a copy of The Rights of Man.

Outlawed for treason, Paine fled to France in 1792, never to return to England again.

And what of the revolution that Paine had started in England? Three generations would pass before even a small part of the things Paine pleaded for in his book would see fruition. Observed biographer Howard Fast:

"Yet one cannot say that the book had no effect. It shook the government; it set thousands of people to thinking. It stirred the currents in what had been placid water, and once stirred, those currents never stilled themselves. And not only in England, but everywhere men longed for freedom, Rights of Man became an inspiration and a hope...." Read more... Weiner Says Online Contact With 17-Year-Old Girl Not Indecent

Let's see.... what did Weiner say when first accused of indecent tweets?

And here's where I get to say "told you so," because he, Weiner that he is, included that telling reference to not even knowing the ages of the women to whom he was tweeting his pictures. Sure, he's lying again. He's a pathological liar. It's what he does when he gets caught. His time in the public eye is shorter every day.

WEINER SAYS ONLINE CONTACT WITH 17-YEAR-OLD GIRL NOT INDECENT

Posted on June 10, 2011 at 9:41pm by Scott Baker

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner, who has been under fire after admitting to sending graphic photos to women online, has acknowledged he had online contact with a 17-year-old girl but said the communications were “neither explicit nor indecent.”

FoxNews.com reported that New Castle County police officers went to a high school junior‘s home Friday afternoon to speak with the girl’s mother about the teen’s contact with the New York Democrat. A FoxNews.com reporter was at the home when police arrived.

A Weiner spokeswoman issued a one-sentence statement Friday night that said, “According to Congressman Weiner, his communications with this person were neither explicit nor indecent.”

Weiner, a seven-term Democrat, has admitted sending sexually explicit messages over the Internet to a half- dozen women over the past three years. House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi has asked for an ethics investigation.

Can The Way Back Machine Return Us To The Days Before Character Assassination?

IMHO, I long for the days when the candidates were selected AT the party conventions. I actually remember the first time I heard the word "spin" on the convention floor. That was the day I realized everyone, absolutely everyone, believed themselves to be a PR and/or political insider and expert. Which, BTW, they are not.

Discussion, actual exchange of ideas, is healthy, of course. But battling from opposite corners of the ring--from my observation--only serves to further entrench each person into his own camp.

The digging up dirt effort--character assassination--of Sarah Palin is unprecedented.

The government via its own political party, back in better times, abided by, or at least gave the outward impression of abiding by, the separation of governing and campaigning activities. No taxpayer money was able to be used for campaigning by those in office, no office space, no co-mingling of time or any resource.

The "anything goes" way is not working. I wouldn't worry so much about any of the bickering, though. It's all becoming moot. The country's history and founding documents are not being honored or respected. The country's in-place laws are not being honored, respected, followed without judicial activist interference. The political parties have no greater depth than rival high school football teams. And, their unbridled ruthlessness has reached the level of honorless frenzy.

Every public person appears to have an agenda that is merely self-serving and does not benefit the country's greater good today or in its future. So you guys keep arguing and making fun of candidates who are new and not yet corrupted by what the old guard has done to our beautiful, successful experiment in liberty. Abandoning these basic things can only harm our Republic and everything for which it stands. The distraction is not Sarah Palin, but those who cannot put the greater good of the country ahead of their "team's" winning the current game.

I cannot help wonder if they are among those who think they, not the citizens of our country, should be making the "organization's" candidate selection and for the taxpaying citizens outside the inside old-boy club to just shut up, sit down, and let the "organizations" get on with their corruption of the republic.

Sarah Palin, "Obama Foreign Policy Moment" Outrage

Dear Sarah, You wrote a Facebook note this morning with a double entendre use of WTF (the "usual" vs Winning The Future) in your title.

This is a brilliant analysis, but I hope you don't think you need to double entendre to get attention of those who normally don't read what you have to say. As for me, I want your use of this acronym to mean Winning The Future. Decorum is decorum. Being relevant to our country as a "leader" requires the judgment to not use language that is offensive in public... unless you only want to be relevant to those who think it's okay to do so. If you are tough enough, you don't need to do it this way IMHO.

Your excellent insight into Obama's giving away our missile defense secrets to Russia with the hope that Russia will "like us, really like us" shows the error of his ways-- whether he is (1) an evil person attempting to undermine the USA and its traditional system of capitalistic success, or (2) if he is a misguided naive idealog taking our country down the road to perdition. In what life could we imagine anyone getting away with giving our military secrets to another country--much less our one time mortal enemy--much less our PRESIDENT via legislation--without immediate and swift blowback by our Country's citizens? If ever there were a reason for outrage, this is it!

___________
Another “WTF” Obama Foreign Policy Moment
by Sarah Palin on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 7:16am

As Governor I fought the Obama Administration’s plans to cut funds for missile defense in Alaska. So imagine how appalled and surprised I was to read this article by former Clinton CIA Director James Woolsey, appropriately titled “Giving Away the Farm,” concerning President Obama’s latest bizarre actions relating to missile defense.

President Obama wants to give Russia our missile defense secrets because he believes that we can buy their friendship and cooperation with this taxpayer-funded gift. But giving military secrets and technologies to a rival or competitor like Russia is just plain dumb. You can’t buy off Russia. And giving them advanced military technology will not create stability. What happens if Russia gives this technology (or sells it!) to other countries like Iran or China? After all, as Woolsey points out, Russia helped Iran with its missile and nuclear programs. Or what happens if an even more hardline leader comes to power in the Kremlin?

We tried buying off the Kremlin with technologies in the 1970s. That policy was a component of “detente,” and the hope was that if we would share our technologies with them, they would become more peaceful. Things, of course, didn’t work out that way. The Kremlin took western technologies and embarked on a massive military building program. History teaches that peace comes from American military strength. And a central component of that has always been technological superiority. Why would President Obama even dream of giving this away?

Members of Congress saw how foolish President Obama’s gambit was, so they put a section in the defense appropriation bill that specifically forbids the federal government from spending money to share these technologies with the Kremlin. President Obama actually threatened to veto the defense appropriation bill over this section of the law! Fortunately, the House passed the bill with a veto-proof majority, a whopping 322 to 96. Attention now turns to the Senate.

Why is it that President Obama seems to work so hard to give things to our enemies, while at the same time asking friends and allies like Israel to make sacrifices?

During these tough economic times when we are facing massive deficits and a competitive global economy, does President Obama really want to give away technologies that the American taxpayer paid lots of money to develop? Giving away our missile defense secrets won’t make us safer. What it will do is create a situation where we are facing an arms race with ourselves. Russia gets access to our technologies, and we are forced to spend even more money because of the need to stay ahead. Does this make sense to you? Me neither. File this under “WTF.”

It's Obama's Economy, Stupid

By Jonah Goldberg (Archive) · Wednesday, June 8, 2011

"Now, my administration has a job to do as well, and that job is to get this economy back on its feet," President Obama declared on July 14, 2009, in Warren, Mich. "That's my job, and it's a job I gladly accept. I love these folks who helped get us in this mess and then suddenly say, well, this is Obama's economy. That's fine. Give it to me."

OK. It's yours.

The unemployment rate then was 9.5 percent. It's now 9.1 percent, well above the 8 percent cap that the administration advisors projected under the stimulus bill. But that's not the amazing part. According to a White House report written by economic advisors Jared Bernstein and Christina Romer in January 2009 in support of the bill, if we had passed no stimulus package at all, the unemployment rate would have topped out at around 8.8 percent in the last quarter of 2010.

If only.

Instead, we got Obama's vital "investments." Since his speech in Warren, we've spent another $2.8 trillion in borrowed money. Presumably, we could have cut the unemployment rate by four-tenths of a percentage point more cheaply than that?

Meanwhile, we've accrued a total of $3.7 trillion in debt on Obama's watch, while losing 2.8 million jobs. That doesn't sound ideal either.

But what do I know?

The more salient point is that Obama acts like he knows everything. From Day One, this White House has been cocksure about how to get us out of the economic ditch. In every major relevant speech, Obama has stuck with a consistent message: We know what to do and the Republicans don't. "I will not sacrifice the core investments we need to grow and create jobs," Obama insisted yet again in his April budget speech.

So what does this guy have to do to get the blame for the bad economy? Mark Halperin, an analyst for MSNBC and Time magazine, was asked on the "Today" show over the weekend about the political impact of the bad economy. He assured viewers that the president was totally engaged in the need for job creation. "The Republicans, though, have the onus on them to come forward with some ideas. The president's ideas are still a little bit up in the air."

A little bit up in the air? They're in concrete. From his April 14, 2009, "New Foundation" speech at Georgetown University to his latest campaign stop, Obama has insisted he knows exactly what he's doing. He stands by "ObamaCare" as a boon for the economy. He still sees the "green revolution" -- and all the crony capitalism that comes with it -- as the solution to our woes. (That's why he nominated John Bryson, a former utility CEO, subsidy-seeking entrepreneur and environmental activist, to be his next Commerce secretary.)

But is there any evidence it's helped create jobs? Consider that when President Reagan oversaw a huge jobs boom, the media recycled the untrue claim that these were all low-paying "hamburger flipper" jobs.

Well, McDonald's alone may be responsible for a quarter to half of the new jobs created in the last month. And that hiring probably wouldn't have happened if Mickey D's hadn't been given a waiver from ObamaCare.

And then there's the stimulus, which the White House still touts as an unqualified success. Well, during Obama's first year in office, more than half (119,000) of all the new jobs in the United States were created in business-friendly Texas, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. If Obama created those jobs, why'd he put so many of them in, of all places, George W. Bush's home state?

No president "runs" the U.S. economy, but this president talks like he does more than any I can remember. And yet, none of his economic promises or predictions has panned out. (Remember the long, hot "recovery summer" when 250,000 to 500,000 new jobs a month that the vice president promised turned out to be mirages?)

How does the media react? Not by taking him at his word when he says he wants it to be "Obama's economy." Instead, they're ferociously truth-squadding Sarah Palin's comments on Paul Revere and following her bus around like they're in a remake of "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World."

And maybe it is.

Dems Are Crlminal Conspiracy, Not a Political Party

About Dr Jack Wheeler: The Wall Street Journal called him "the originator of the Reagan Doctrine". The Washington Post called him "The Indiana Jones of the Right". Izvestiya, the organ of the Soviet Communist Party, called him an "ideological gangster".

What if you had a "Personal Source" for understanding what's really going on in the world? Now you do. He's Dr. Jack Wheeler, and for only about 29 cents a day, he'll give you mind-stretching pro-America insights on our lives, our politics, and our world that you just aren't going to get anywhere else.

"Dr. Jack" predicted the collapse of the former Soviet Union, ten years before it came about - and explained exactly how it would take place. He won a bet with a top-expert when the Berlin Wall fell. In To The Point™, he'll tell you about the plans the Chinese Underground Church Movement has to send 100,000 Chinese Christian missionaries to the Middle East to convert Moslem Arabs to Christianity. Me: Now read what he has to say about how the Democrats are a criminal conspiracy, not a political party.

Written by Dr. Jack Wheeler
02 June, 2011

On Tuesday (5/31), Ron Paul announced that "we are on the verge of having way too much dictatorship in Washington, D.C." Verge? Verge??

The time is way past for verging. Our Federal Government has already become a dictatorship run by a criminal conspiracy calling itself a political party - just as the totalitarian conspiracy of Islamism calls itself a religion.

We owe no respect whatever to a fascist ideology posing as a religion - and we owe no respect whatever to a criminal gang posing as a political party.

The time is way past for ending the charade. If it is not ended now - if the Democrat Gang retains the White House in 2012 - then game over for America.

We'll itemize a few of the legion of examples of the Gang's criminality - but at the outset, let's clearly state the purpose here.

It is of mortal importance for our future that we deny legitimacy to the Democrats. They are not a legitimate political party advocating legitimate political goals. They are a collection of looters, gangsters, thugs, extortionists, hustlers, shakedown specialists, scam artists, smooth-talking con-men, and mafiosi. All banded together to steal our money and control our lives with guns.

The monumentality of Democrats' corruption is overwhelming. They are a criminal conspiracy, not a political organization, and they belong in jail, not Capitol Hill or the White House.

The current leader of the Democrat Gang, Barack Hussein Obama, is a Chicago mobster for whom "the law" is only a device to extort money and power. The current Exhibit A is Waivergate, his policy of using waivers from ObamaCare to reward his cronies and punish his foes.

It is little wonder that the Gang's leader in the House, Nancy Pelosi, is ObamaCare's Waiver Queen.

One of Pelosi's principal partners in crime is Barney Frank. No one is more responsible for the sub-prime mortgage crisis and 2008 meltdown of the entire economy than him - and now it turns out he used the government scams known as Fannie and Freddie to benefit his homosexual boyfriends and himself.

The IBD says this should be a slam-dunk case for resignation from Congress - it should also be one for prison.

Or take "Global Warming." Warmism is not a genuine scientific theory - it is a criminal conspiracy run by the Democrats to extort trillions of dollars from the private economy by paying scientists billions in grant money stolen from taxpayers to come up with phony research and GIGO computer models.

Last week, Richard Rahn mentioned the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) which, according to Treasury, "requires overseas financial institutions to identify U.S. account holders and report account information directly to the IRS, including the account balance."

It's actually much worse than that. It was slipped into HR 2847, the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment or HIRE Act signed into law by Zero in March of 2010. It is a clear indication of the level of fascism the Democrats have planned for us.

Here is one of HR 2847's provisions as described on the IRS website:
FATCA will also require foreign financial institutions ("FFIs") to... withhold and pay over to the IRS 30-percent of any payments of U.S. source income, as well as gross proceeds from the sale of securities that generate U.S. source income, made to (a) non-participating FFIs, (b) individual accountholders failing to provide sufficient information to determine whether or not they are a U.S. person, or (c) foreign entity accountholders failing to provide sufficient information about the identity of its substantial U.S. owners.

What this means in reality is that as of January 1, 2013 when this law takes effect, any money you send internationally as a bank wire - personally, say to pay for an overseas vacation, or for a business expense - your bank will add a 30% tax (the recipient FFI will demand this to save it the hassle).

What this means as a consequence is that your local bank will simply stop offering wiring money internationally as one of its services. Your money will remain trapped in the US where it can be targeted by the Gang.

Of course this is unconstitutional. 90% (at least) of what the Federal Government does is unconstitutional. There is no enumerated power for FACTA's provisions any more than there is for the EPA or the BLM. This is what makes the Democrats a Gang, not a Party.

As Pelosi Galore sneered at a reporter when asked where in the Constitution was the authority for ObamaCare, "Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?"

Outlaws and criminals have, by definition, no regard for laws and have no intention of obeying them. The only purpose of the "laws" the Democrats pass is to use them as a weapon to steal money from taxpayers and control their lives.

Well, if the Democrats feel no obligation to obey the Constitution, what obligation have we to obey their unconstitutional laws? Indeed, the edicts they pass and our gangster president signs are out-laws, not legitimate laws at all.

What about the Republicans?

First, they are an actual political party with political, not criminal, goals. There may be among them individuals desirous of office for criminal gain, but they are in the minority, instead of the majority of Democrats.

Often, they are the bullied or intimidated accomplices to Democrat criminality. More often, they simply do not possess the courage of their convictions. The townspeople of High Noon afraid to stand behind Gary Cooper come to mind.

This is why what is critically needed in 2012 is the antithesis of a Republican Establishment candidate such as Romney. Someone crazy ballsy enough to go straight at that Establishment while slitting Democrat throats with a smile. Someone crazy brilliant enough to turn pompous enemedia journalists into panicked paparazzi. Anyone come to mind?

The fundamental event that must take place, however, is not an election. It is a change in perspective leading to a decision. What created the American Revolution was not any decision by the colonists to fight the Crown. It was first a change in their perspective on the legitimacy of the British Crown to rule over them.

Only when the American Colonists decided that the British Crown had lost its moral authority to rule them could they then achieve their freedom.

Only when a sufficient number of Americans today look upon the Democrat "Party" as an illegitimate criminal conspiracy to steal their money and ruin their lives, decide any laws or regulations they pass are not binding upon them, and deny their authority to rule them will we begin to regain the freedom we once had and have now lost.

This will not be easy and will take time. The struggle may be dire. The Gang has made vast millions of voters dependent upon stolen money, turning them into parasites, moochers, and rent-seekers who will turn to violence once deprived of their subsidies and "entitlements." We must be willing and prepared to repulse such violence.

The fascist scam of stolen money buying moocher votes is not legitimate democracy. Those elected via this scam have no legitimate authority over us. Once again, the fundamental issue is legitimacy. Deny the Democrat Gang legitimacy. Do this, and freedom follows. Do not, and freedom shall not.

Egypt Accepts Muslim Brotherhood As Legal Party

Brotherhood gains official political legitimacy for first time in its 80 years

Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood's political party was declared legal by Cairo Tuesday, the state news agency MENA said.

The achievement is the movement's first since its inception, eight decades ago. "The commission on party affairs has given its approval for the formation of the Freedom and Justice Party," MENA said.

The Muslim Brotherhood was officially illegal but mostly tolerated during the rule of president Hosni Mubarak, ousted in a popular revolt on February 11. It was set up in 1928 and an official ban imposed in 1954, over its suspected involvement in a series of political assassinations in the 1950s, including an attempt on the life of Egypt's first republican president, Gamal Abdal Nasser.

As the best-organized political movement in Egypt, the Brotherhood announced on April 30 the formation of a "non-theocratic party" to contest up to half of parliament's seats in a September election.

The Freedom and Justice Party announced last month that it had almost 9,000 founding members

Weiner Admits He Sent Lewd Picture; Won't Quit

Me: Will the confessed liar resign? Heck, no! Not yet, anyway. But he probably won't be running for Mayor of NYC after all. Read the article below. Can you imagine carrying on like this all the while running around and casting aspersions at as many people as he did? He was loud and obnoxious while covering up his lewd, crude, and disgusting lifestyle. Getting exposed (as it were) for the person he really is couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

(06-06) 15:14 PDT WASHINGTON (AP) --

After days of denials, a choked-up Rep. Anthony Weiner confessed Monday that he tweeted a photo of his bulging underpants to a young woman, and he also admitted to "inappropriate" exchanges with six women before and after he got married. He apologized for lying but said he would not resign.

"This was me doing a dumb thing and doing it repeatedly and lying about it," the 46-year-old New York Democrat after a week of double-entendre headlines and late-night wisecracks full of Weiner jokes,

House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi immediately called for an ethics committee investigation into whether Weiner broke House rules.

The congressman — who was widely expected to run for mayor of New York in 2013 — said at a half-hour news conference that he had never personally met any of the women he corresponded with online and sometimes via telephone, and was not even sure of their ages. He also said he had never had sex outside of his marriage.

He said he did not feel the scandal affected his work as a lawmaker but would understand if his constituents decided not to re-elect him. "I'm going to work very hard to win back their trust," he said.

Weiner said he used his home computer and personal Blackberry, not government computers, in his exchanges with the women. But that may not protect him from House rules that say a member "shall conduct himself at all times in a manner that shall reflect creditably on the House."

The House ethics committee on numerous occasions has cited that general rule in finding a member violated standards of conduct.

Weiner said over and over that he had made "terrible mistakes" and done "a very dumb thing" for which he bore complete responsibility, and he apologized repeatedly to his wife, Huma Abedin.

"My wife is a remarkable woman. She's not responsible for any of this," he said. "I apologize to her very deeply."

Abedin did not attend his news conference, but Weiner said they would not be separating over the scandal.

The scandal unfolded more than a week ago when a conservative website reported that a photo of a man's crotch had been sent from Weiner's Twitter account to a college student in Seattle. For days, Weiner claimed that he hadn't sent the photo and that he was the victim of a hacker. But he caused guffaws when he said that he couldn't say with "certitude" that the underwear shot was not a picture of him.

The scandal escalated when the website, BigGovernment.com, run by conservative activist Andrew Breitbart, posted photos purportedly from a second woman who said she received shirtless shots of the congressman. The site said the pictures were in a cache of intimate online photographs, chats and email exchanges the woman claimed to have. The website did not identify the woman.

One photo showed Weiner on a couch with two cats nearby. The website said Weiner sent the photo using the anthonyweiner(at)aol.com account with the subject line "Me and the pussys."

Also, the celebrity website RadarOnline.com said a woman claimed to have 200 sexually explicit messages from Weiner through a Facebook account that Weiner no longer uses. It was not clear whether the woman who claimed to have the new photo was the person who claimed to have received the text messages.

At Monday's news conference Weiner said he sent the underpants photo as a joke and called it a "hugely regrettable mistake."

"I haven't told the truth and have done things I deeply regret," he said. "I brought pain to people I care about."

ABC News said Monday it planned to air an interview with a Texas woman, Meagan Broussard, who claims to be one of the women who exchanged messages with Weiner. The 26-year-old single mother said she has dozens of emails, Facebook messages and cell phone logs that document more than a month of flirting that started on April 20.

In a strange turn before Weiner's planned news conference, Breitbart took to the podium, defending the accuracy of his posts and saying his reputation was being smeared by the congressman.

The photo showing Weiner shirtless was reminiscent of a photo of former Rep. Chris Lee, a New York Republican who resigned from office earlier this year after a shirtless photo he sent a woman on Craig's List became public.

Weiner married Hillary Rodham Clinton aide Huma Abedin last July, with former President Bill Clinton officiating. Before that, Weiner had been known as one of New York's most eligible bachelors.

Weiner began his career as a legislative assistant to then-Rep. Chuck Schumer, who is now the state's senior senator. He was elected to the New York City Council before winning Schumer's House seat in 1998, representing parts of Brooklyn and Queens.

Earlier Monday before Weiner's public admission, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg was asked whether the congressman could continue to effectively represent New Yorkers.

"It's always up to the constituents," Bloomberg said, adding that it was "time to get back and focus on the serious things."

He gained a national profile during the debate over President Barack Obama's health care plan when he outspokenly professed support for a government-run "single-payer" program for everyone and later a "public option" to compete with private health insurance. He got the notice of liberals even though both proposals failed to make it into law.

No Voting Rights for Illegal Aliens--Ever!

Written by Ralph Peters
Tuesday, May 31, 2011

No one who broke our laws to enter this country should ever decide who becomes our president, a member of Congress, a governor or mayor, or a member of the local school board. This is the non-negotiable “die line” those who love our country must defend: We cannot permit a huge criminal voting block to determine our future.

And every person who entered this country without our government’s formal permission is a criminal. Period.

Democrat Party operatives embed their public arguments for amnesty for eleven-million illegals in terms of human dignity and decency. The reality? Democrat Party support for amnesty for illegals comes down to one word: “Votes.” For Dems, it's all about a permanent electoral majority - not human dignity.

The Dems would love to do to Hispanics what they've done to African-Americans: Destroy their strong family values, addict them to government programs, discourage them from pursuing good educations and liberating careers -- then herd them to polling stations to vote for Democrats anointed by party commissars.

Hairpinandarrow: Of course, Colonel Peters is generalizing. Not every person sharing a particular background has the same reaction or the same result in every situation (see last paragraph above).

Still, I get what he means. By using the needy and helpless to create a dependent class, you can completely control their actions. The ol' carrot and stick routine. That's all well and good if you're holding the stick. If you are not, you are being manipulated by the stick holder for your every need.

Meanwhile, the privilege of voting, reserved for citizens, should not be devalued (devalued is a key word here) and given away--as though the privilege came at no cost, no loss of blood, sweat, and tears, and is not so much as held in high esteem by citizens--to people who come here by breaking our laws.

There's a movement to decriminalize laws that create difficulty for people who come here illegally and, because our people feel sorry for those people, they want to make lots of exceptions. No laws? No standards? Just how do I feel (or the current administration feels--which will have varying opinions based on its party values) about this person or that person. No standard way to decide so many people's fates without recognizing the laws that govern the situation. We're talking about order. Without order, there is chaos--which only serves a leader's individual, personal whims. And it serves them outside of all 3 branches of government which are put in place by the people to serve the people in they way that system allows.

Sadly, Ralph Peters states the obvious and yet there will be those who can't see the forest for the trees. There will be many who cry "bigotry." That fact remains that, "every person who enters this country without our government's formal permission is a criminal." It's the text book definition of the word. A criminal is a person who commits a crime. Which describes anything ILLEGAL.

Nothing Bad Can Happen! Right????

‎"What we’ve got right now is almost near panic going on with money managers and people who are responsible for money. . . . We’re on the verge of a great, great depression. The [Federal Reserve] knows it." -- Market analyst Peter Yastrow in an interview with CNBC...

People should really listen to Glenn Beck. No one who does is shocked by the 2% (so far) fall today in the market like those on wall street who only look at their short term numbers.

Those who revile when they hear his (Beck's) name I'm willing to bet have never tuned him in. Every thing and I mean everything he reports has its back-up in tact. And then he says to viewers/listeners: "Do your own homework, don't believe me. Find out for yourself. Do your research." And so they do. And now they are the ones who won't say I told you so, but could. BTW, it's not over yet.

We are headed for a very tough time. I do believe, however, that those who can rely on themselves for shelter and food--the basics only--will fare far better than those who are dependent on government hand-outs. Those (the handouts) will soon necessarily be cut to the bone or ended. There will be simply not enough money with value or other resources left to support them.

If we do what's right, we will stand with Israel and protect our Western, capitalistic way of life. We will require that those we elect be honorable in their service to us and in so doing abide by our founding documents. If we don't do what's right, if we stay silent and allow the level of corruption now existing in DC, we sadly will reap our rewards for that, too.

What a population! It goes forward with the idea that nothing bad can happen in its future regardless of how it sticks its head in the sand--no matter its behavior. It has no use for factual history. This population on the whole believes it is immune to equal and opposite reactions to its misuse of its values and freedoms, and it refuses to see what's going on right before its eyes. I pity the fools who take this situation lightly and believe this is just another up and down cycle, and that our country will recover from it because it always has. Well this time, not without everyone's help, it won't. We'd better get our collective heads on straight and our priorities in order, and we'd better do it quickly.
